Ode to lost Detroit

Haggard-bare blocks are old neighborhoods of Detroit
Stagger-scared flocks are the goods sold out to exploit
Wandering through unkempt graveyards of lost souls
Squandering inept slave guards costing lives and goals

Here blue-collar Detroit once stood and cheered
Where their abandon neighborhoods once reared
Families with jobs and clocks committee disappeared
To mobs lost in blocks of Motor City limits now cleared
